Fairly clean, warm place adjacent to good restaurants and the city centre, the centre of Parma and the old town. Claudio was the best owner ever:)))

big size apartment for good value. rooms were immaculate and airy, the location was excellent! lovely staff, i thoroughly enjoyed them. had easy check-in too. its sea view was absolutely breathtaking. the breakfast was tasty and the bed large.

The apartment was fairly clean and in an ABSOLUTELY PERFECT location. We appreciated the bar, where the breakfast was served. Excellent stay, the bathroom with bidet was a bonus. The tapas bar was on the premises.
